That’s when the idea of renting out apartments on a daily basis and providing excellent service to city’s guests came up.
We started with one apartment, but quickly grew to 2 networks: Nova Apartments and O.G.N.I. Apartments.

Teplo Hotel
We continued to grow and develop in the hotel industry.
In December, we opened the Teplo Hotel, which currently has 3 stars.

The next project was the IZBA hostel, an unusual place for Vladivostok, with a unique atmosphere of Russian hospitality.

We are opening a hotel in a historic building in the heart of the city.
It took more than 2 years to set up KamInn.

Lido Central Hotel
We have opened a new project, Lido Central. The hotel is located on the shores of the Golden Horn Bay, and the marine theme is reflected in every detail of the interior.

Select, a unique four-star hotel, has replaced the IZBA hostel. It is a modern space with a personalized design and vibrant character.
